11/14付で米国FDAから「FDA Seeks Feedback on Distributed and Point-of-Care Drug Manufacturing」と題するFDA Voicesが公開されています。
「Distributed Manufacturing and Point-of-Care Manufacturing of Drugs」と題するDiscussion Paperと共に、ご意見を求めています。
医薬品および生物学的製品のDistributed manufacturing（DM：分散型製造？） (DM) およびPoint-of-care (POC) manufacturing（ポイントオブケア製造？）
DM および POC 活動への既存の規制の枠組みの適用を評価することに基づいて FDAが特定した、
対象としては、NDA・ANDA・BLAがカバーされます。
また本件について、11/14付のRAPSが「FDA releases discussion paper on distributed and point-of-care manufacturing」と題して記事に取り上げています。
先々は本邦の医薬品製造にも影響を与えると推測されます。
