英国はとうとう正式にEU離脱してしまいましたが、2020年1/31付でEMAから「UK withdrawal from the EU on 31 January 2020」と題するPress Releaseが発出されています。
2020年内は基本的に従来通りの経過措置ということで、医薬品関係も基本継続ということで合意されているようですが、先々どうなるのでしょうか。
また本件に伴い、2020年1/31付のRAPSが「EMA, MHRA Post Last-Minute Brexit Information」と題して記事に取り上げています。
ちなみに、Brexitしてしまったと言うことからすると、今後はBrexitとは言わず、「英国MHRAと●●について合意、協定」といったフレイズになるのでしょうかね・・・。
