8/16付でEMAから「EMA/FDA analysis shows high degree of alignment in marketing application decisions between EU and US」と題するPress Releaseが発出されています。
7/15付のClinical Pharmacology and Therapeuticsに掲載された、EMAと米国FDAとの共同研究「A comparison of EMA and FDA decisions for new drug marketing applications 2014-2016: concordance, discordance and why」に基づくもののようですが、2014年から2016年の期間でEMAと米国FDAとによる新薬107品目について比較した結果、承認品目の90％以上が整合してるという内容です。
