9/17付で米国FDAから「FDA takes first action under new international collaboration with Australia and Canada designed to provide a framework for concurrent review of cancer therapies, approving treatment for patients with endometrial carcinoma」と題するNews Releaseが発出されています。
また、9/18付でオーストラリアTGAからは、「Provisional application receives approval through the first international collaborative review initiative between TGA, FDA and HC 」と題して通知されています。
子宮内膜がん患者の治療について、オーストラリアTGA及びカナダHealth Canadaとコンカレントなレビューを行うというものです。
今後は、この手のコラボが増えていくような気がします。
少なくとも、患者さんのためには、そうあって欲しいと思います。
