10/4付で英国MHRAから「MHRA to consult on EU exit no-deal legislative proposals」と題するPress Releaseが発出され、「MHRA consultation on EU exit no-deal legislative proposals」と題してパブコメが開始されています。
英国のEU離脱は、2019年3/31付となりますが、法令上の移行期間は「2019年3/30～2020年1/31」となっています。
その期間内で全てが治まらない可能性もあるため、その種の対応についてのパブコメのようです。
また、本パブコメに伴い、「Making a success of Brexit」ウェブサイトも更新されています。
本邦に直接関係するものではありませんが、少なからず影響があるものと思われます。
