《更新》【重要】 米国FDA／医薬品トレースシステムDSCSA運用に関する、2点のドラフトガイダンス発出

7/5付で米国FDAから「DSCSA Standards for the Interoperable Exchange of Information for Tracing of Certain Human, Finished, Prescription Drugs Guidance for Industry」および「Identifying Trading Partners Under the Drug Supply Chain Security Act」と題する2点のドラフトガイダンスが発出されています。

前者は、医薬品サプライチェーンを通じて製品を追跡するための電子標準の使用に対応し、後者は、サプライチェーンを通じて製品を追跡することを許可されている取引先を特定することに関するガイダンスです。

米国内ではかなり抵抗の強いDSCSAですが、ここに来て規制当局として“伝家の宝刀”を持ち出したように思えなくもありません。
