《更新》米国FDA／卸売販売業者および3PLsの免許に関する国家基準の規則提案

2/3付で米国FDAから「FDA announces proposed rule: National Standards for the Licensure of Wholesale Drug Distributors and Third-Party Logistics Providers」と題する通知が発出されています。

卸売販売業者およびサードパーティロジスティクスプロバイダー（3PLs）の免許に関する国家基準の規則提案です。
米国GDPに相当するDSCSAの強化に基づくものと思います。

この辺は、日本と違って厳しいように感じます。
率直に申し上げて、本邦の卸売販売業者および3PLsは千差万別でその差が激しいと言わざるを得ません。

また本件について、2/3付のRAPSが「FDA issues long-awaited licensing rules for drug distributors and 3PLs」と題して記事に取り上げています。

率直に言って、GDP関連は業種・業態が幅広く（そもそも医薬品だけを取り扱っている訳ではない）、その思惑も異なるため意見集約は大変だと思います。
