7/3付でEMAから「Call for all sponsors to publish clinical trial results in EU database」と題するPress Releaseが、また同日でECから「Clinical trials: Call for all sponsors to publish results in EU database」と題するPress Releaseが発出されています。
Clinical Trial Regulationに基づいて、治験依頼者はEudraCT databaseに治験結果を公表して欲しいというレター「Joint letter by the European Commission, EMA and HMA to stakeholders regarding the requirements to provide results for authorise clinical trials in EudraCT 」を出したというものです。
本件に伴い、ウェブサイト「Clinical trials in human medicines」が更新されています。
EudraCT databaseに利用と透明性拡大のためと思われます。
