3/1付でEMAから「Change of time zone due to EMA's relocation in March 2019」と題するNews Releaseを発出しています。
ロンドンオフィスは3/1でクローズとなり、アムステルダムの仮オフィス（新設の正式オフィスは11月オープン）へ移転運用となります。
それに伴い時差が生じることから、3/4～3/8の期間はグリニッジ標準時（GMT）のまま運営するようですが、3/11以降は中央ヨーロッパ時間（CET）に切り替わるとのことです。
これに伴い、ロンドンオフィスへの感謝ウェブサイトとアムステルダムオフィスのオリエンテーションウェブサイトが公開されています。
