2019年1/3付で英国MHRAから「MHRA releases response to consultation on EU exit no-deal legislative proposals」と題するPress Releaseが発出されています。
Brexitに伴う法的対応に関するパブコメについての公式見解です。
また、これに伴い、「Further guidance note on the regulation of medicines, medical devices and clinical trials if there’s no Brexit deal」と題するガイダンスが発出されています。
また合せて、バブコメ時のご意見の結果が公開され、Brexit関連ウェブサイトも更新通知されています。
