10/21付で英国MHRAから「Government confirms indefinite recognition of CE marked medical devices」と題するPress releaseとともに、パブコメ「Medical devices regulations: targeted consultation on the indefinite recognition of CE marked devices」が発出されています。
英国全土の患者は、すでにEU市場で承認されている医療機器および体外診断用医療機器（IVD）を、今後も継続して利用できるようにするというものです。
