11/23付でEMAから「Concept paper on the revision of the guideline on the principles of regulatory acceptance of 3Rs (replacement, reduction, refinement) testing approaches」と題するConcept paperが出されています。
動物使用のin vivo試験についての3R（代替、削減、改良）の規制上の受け入れ原則に関するガイドラインの改訂に関するコンセプトペーパーです。
ヒト用医薬品のみならず動物用医薬品も適用対象です。
筆者の記憶が正しければ、最初の発出は2017年であったと思います。
