10/19付で米国FDAのCBER (Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research) が「Information on CBER Restructuring」と題して、組織再編について通知しています。
従来はOVRR (the Office of Vaccines Research and Review) の一部として担当に当たっていたOCTGT (the Office of Cellular, Tissue and Gene Therapies) と称されていた部署を、OTAT (the Office of Tissues and Advanced Therapies) として、OVRRのカミングアウト様の形で再編成したようです。
結果として、CBER自体は、以下の３部署による編成となり、10/16付で既に運営開始されています。
・OBRR (the Office of Blood Research and Review)
・OVRR (the Office of Vaccines Research and Review)
・OTAT (the Office of Tissues and Advanced Therapies).
