6/18付でICMRAから「ICMRA statement about confidence in vaccine safety and effectiveness (for healthcare professionals)」および「ICMRA statement about confidence in vaccines (for the general public)」と題する2点の声明が発出されています。
COVID-19対策も踏まえてのことですが、ワクチンの正しい認識（ワクチン接種は感染予防が目的であり治癒・治療ではないということ） の啓蒙とも言えます。
内容的には、医療従事者向けと一般向けという違いだけでほぼ同じです。
また本件に伴い、オーストラリアTGAおよびEMAが同日(6/18)付でNews Releaseしています。
ICMRA声明の公表で、内容としては同一です。
