9/7付で米国FDAから長官Scott Gottliebによる「Statement from FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, M.D., on new steps to help ensure the quality of and preserve access to compounded drugs by pursuing closer collaboration with states」と題するステートメントが出ています。
基本的に米国内調剤薬局については州法の中での運用であったようで、各州での調剤に乖離があったようです。
そのため、各州間での歩調合せととしてMoU（Memorandum of Understanding）の改訂案をパブコメするようです。
